Eddie DiLorenzo also appears on the team page, with "five years of experience." It calls itself "a real estate investor firm" and makes cash offers on houses as-is. A named family owner whose name matches the BBB file is a good sign for any seller who wants to know exactly who sits on the other side of the table.
Where It's Based
The BBB lists a PO Box in Windham, NH. HomeLight also says it's "Based in Windham, NH." Clever's directory, though, gives a suite on Constitution Drive in Bedford. The company's own homepage, About page and buying page show no street address at all. Its phone number, (603) 421-6868, is the same on its site, the BBB and HomeLight.
None of this is a red flag by itself. It does mean you should ask where you'd meet and where the closing would take place. Ask for a mailing address you can put on your own paperwork, too.

Here NH Home Buyers is strong. The BBB rates it A+ and has listed it as accredited since February 2019. That's five years longer than IPS Cash. The BBB shows the business started in August 2016, the same year IPS Cash began buying in New Hampshire.
The site's own dates don't quite match. It says "New Hampshire's Trusted Home Buyer since 2017" and "Celebrating 10 Years Helping NH Homeowners" on the same page. Go by the BBB's 2016 start date.
On reviews, the homepage claims a "4.7 Star Rating" and "125+ happy Google reviews." Clever's review page, dated October 8, 2026, shows 4.7 from 130 Google reviews. Its reviews page shows individual Google reviews without a total. That's normal. Those figures come from the company and from Clever, not from Google directly.
Offer, Closing and Costs
NH Home Buyers says you can "get an offer in just 24 hours." Its FAQ is more precise: "Often the same day or within 24 hours, depending on scheduling and the details we need to confirm." It says it can "Close In As Little As 7 Days" and will set a closing date that works for you.
The homepage also mentions "Receive cash before closing" and "you get paid within days." The site doesn't explain how early cash works, so ask about it before you count on it.
On costs, the FAQ says, "We charge zero extra commissions and/or fees" and "We cover all closing costs." HomeLight's Nashua roundup words it differently: "No commission or appraisal fees; other closing costs may apply." Ask NH Home Buyers to settle that in writing.
The FAQ says it makes "a 100% cash offer" but doesn't say where the money comes from. It doesn't mention assignment either. Those are two of the most useful questions you can ask any cash buyer, and the answers belong in the contract rather than in a phone call.

The buying page shows NBC, ABC, FOX and CBS logos without saying what coverage they refer to. Treat these as marketing, and judge the company on the terms it will actually sign.
